You said to bring solutions

Since my feedback keeps arriving in leadership meetings as “some concerns around communication,” I’m putting it here myself.

The warehouse is understaffed. That is the concern. Communication is fine. We have communicated it verbally, in writing, in the staffing spreadsheet and through several people quitting.

You asked us to bring solutions. We said hire 2 people. You said there wasn’t budget. Then you hired someone to film a video about the culture. We had to stop loading so he could get a shot of us laughing. When we finished late that day you asked why output was down.

I’ve worked here 7 years. My back hurts getting out of the car. Last month you gave me a certificate for perfect attendance and asked me not to book physio on a weekday. I asked when you thought physio was open. You said you weren’t going to debate my commitment.

Correct. We’re done debating it.
